Kary is a Heart-Centered Facilitator and Mindfulness Coach dedicated to creating brave spaces for people to discuss and explore complex topics. After completing his first 10-Day Silent Vipassana Meditation retreat in 2008, he made a vow with himself to make meditation a part of his life forever. Since then, Kary has cultivated over 10,000 hours in silence and credits his daily practice for inspiring him to become sober after many years of addiction.
He now facilitates change by hosting workshops on diversity, equity & inclusion, communication, radical kindness, mental health, and mindfulness to help shift the way organizations view their culture and team dynamics.
He is on a personal mission to empower and inspire others to live their best lives through the virtues of kindness and mindfulness.
